Spotted orchids and Yellow Rattle

Last autumn we planted yellow rattle seeds throughout the Green as it is a semi-parasitic plant that weakens grasses and allows more wild flowers to grow. We are pleased to report that the seeds have managed to germinate in three or four areas and the plants are now in flower and ready to set seed fairly soon.Yellow rattle
