Following a recent meeting of the Trustees, a new Trustee has been appointed. We are very pleased to welcome Richard May, formerly a local councillor with Ryde Town Council and former Mayor of Ryde.
Richard is a keen supporter of our Millennium Green and is seen walking his dog (Scout) there most days. He is also very keen on environmental issues in general and has been a Guardian of the Green for the last couple of years, helping with litter picking and reporting back on any potential problems.
The Trustees are very pleased to have Richard on board. We are sure he will be a proactive member of our small team.
